We can guide you through the complexities involved in buying and selling a house.

We recommend that you contact us as soon as possible after you have decided to embark on these transactions and we can then discuss with you how matters are to proceed. We will give you an outline of the steps which will be involved and we will also confirm to you in writing an estimate of the likely fees and disbursements which you will incur. We will arrange to meet with you whenever possible.

On a sale we will obtain your title deeds and supply your buyers with all the information they would normally require to be able to proceed. We will deal with any mortgage that you have and will ensure that any monies due on completion are transferred to you as quickly as possible.

On a purchase we will investigate the title deeds for you and obtain all relevant searches to obtain as much information about the property as possible. We will also deal with any mortgage or other financial arrangements you have. After completion we will register you as the owner of the property at H.M.Land Registry and supply you with confirmation of this.
